A1 Nuts and Bolts Workshops National is a company specializing in 501(c)(3) document preparation services for non-profit organizations.

The primary goal of A1 Nuts and Bolts is to help people obtain what they need to become a non-profit. The 501(c)(3) status makes it possible for organizations to apply for some of the billions of dollars in FREE Government grant money.

Gloria Little, the founder of A1 Nuts and Bolts, has seventeen years of experience preparing people to do ministry and to work in their community. Mrs. Little has people coming to her on a consistent basis telling horror stories about paying $2,500 - $4,500.00--which is ridiculous--to find out how to write a grant, only to be asked for even more money to get the 501(c)(3) prepared. These people should have been told that they needed the 501(c)(3) FIRST. There is a process, and this process is followed by A1 Nuts and Bolts.

Clients of A1 Nuts and Bolts Workshop are given a packet containing all of the actual documents needed to complete the application process. We show each client exactly how to fill in the blanks on the 501(c)(3) application. We go through the application page by page and explain and demonstrate what to mark or fill in. Clients who follow our direction obtain completed documentation that is ready to mail.
